Bonny brae guest house was immaculately clean. Teresa was very friendly and helpful and very welcoming on arrival. Teresa used her local knowledge to help us plan our stay and plan various trips during our stay. The breakfast was amazing . I would recommend the full English if you have a large appetite, if you have a smaller appetite you can choose to have a smaller breakfast. Alternatively there is a lot of choice if you don't want a cooked breakfast. I would definately recommend this guest house and I would definately stay here again. A friend and I stayed for 2 nights Fri and Sat in October. Theresa our host was friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived and quickly gave us a parking permit and showed Peter my friend where to park his van. The rooms are excellent with comfy beds and decorated to a high standard. The rooms are well presented and cleanliness standard is extremely high. We both had a great nights sleep and the full English breakfast was absolutely delicious. Theresa is a very friendly and helpfull host who gave us a few tips on the locality where to go visit and good places to eat etc. All in all an exceptional guest house within a great location for exploring the locality. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

The cozy rooms were lovely, and the central location made it easy to get around, with plenty of eating options nearby and the train station just a short walk away. What I liked best was the swift communication—they shared all the details well in advance to avoid any confusion upon arrival. We also accidentally left our charger behind, but their kind service really stood out—they posted it back to us without any extra charge. Thank you, Brittany, for the wonderful gesture.
